Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or wrong.
Cancellation: Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order if the item has not yet been shipped.
