To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
It must be returned in the original packaging
If your child simply didn’t connect with the product, that’s okay, every child is different. Just contact us and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
